I’m a Vancouver based certified personal trainer specializing in fat loss through intentional and progressively heavier/ challenging movements.
My approach is rooted in evidence, built on consistency, and a belief that you should train for the body you want. So while we are working on functional goals such as strength, stamina, and mobility, I will make sure to align this with your aesthetic goals, such as a lower belly fat, lean abs, toned but not bulky arms and legs etc. I’m here to serve your needs. I’ll push you, support you, and be your loudest cheerleader. Let’s build your best self together.

Hands-on, high-impact training tailored just for you. Whether we train in person or virtually, I’ll build your program around your specific goals — and adjust it as your strength and confidence grow.
You’ll get real-time guidance on form to ensure every movement is done safely and effectively, and track your progress through your private account page.
Personal training includes full access to my entire movement library, and two programs of your choosing.
Expect daily check-ins (except Sundays and every other Saturday) to keep you consistent, supported, and fired up.
In-person clients also receive free meals for their first 3 sessions.

Follow-Along Program
This training plan is designed to flatten and define your core through 11 carefully chosen movements. You’ll follow along with video demonstrations of each DAY and get the tools you need to stay consistent.
These exercises are chosen not just for effectiveness — but for aesthetics. The focus is on creating a smaller, more defined waistline without creating a boxy squared-off torso.
I’ll check in with you when you’re 25% and 75% through the program to support your progress and answer any questions.
